Use case: Paris
An example of what’s possible is the study trip to Paris for the University of Amsterdam Business School in July 2025. The objective was to create a five-day itinerary that facilitates the professor of the EMBA program in giving several lectures, hosting guest keynotes, arranging multiple company visits for inspiration and have the group experience Paris from a cultural perspective, with:
✔️ 6 Hotel nights including breakfast (single occupancy)
✔️ Meeting room space allocation
✔️ Company visits to a Deep Tech & Start-Up incubator
✔️ Social events at various locations (opening drinks, cultural visit and closing dinner)
✔️ 1 Trip manager on location
✔️ Up to 3 meetings beforehand to review and construct the program
✔️ Web page with info for the participants, such as a program overview, practical information and travel tips.
